The Henley Bridge retrofit began in September 2024, when the City of Knoxville used LLC-RGBW-BLE 60W Smart Lamps to replace a total of 192 integrated bollard LEDs, used in the previous DMX lighting system which was over 10 years old. City maintenance personnel cleaned, refurbished and replaced the LED component using custom mounting plates with quick-clip connects as time allowed.
